What we collect

• Your email address and an optional display name (account creation).
• Car queries and VINs you submit, the country you analyse them in, and the resulting reports we generate for you.
• Payment metadata returned by Stripe (transaction ID, amount, country). We never see or store card numbers.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser, timestamps — for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To generate cost-of-ownership reports and store them in your Garage.
• To process payments via Stripe and grant analysis credits.
• To improve report accuracy. Aggregated, anonymised query patterns may be used to tune our models.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors strictly required to run Revlo: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, auth), Stripe (payments), and Google AI / OpenAI (report generation — queries are sent without account identifiers).

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, and we will respond to requests within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Payment records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance. Saved analyses are kept until you delete them or close your account.

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
