All sales are final. Revlo does not offer refunds on credit packs or any digital product purchased through the site.

Why no refunds?

Each analysis consumes real compute and third-party AI inference costs at the moment you trigger it. Reports are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned." Pricing is intentionally low (€4.99 for 11 analyses) precisely so the upfront commitment stays small.

EU consumer rights — digital content waiver

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately, when the consumer expressly agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal right. By completing checkout, you give that express consent and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right for any credits used.

Exceptions

Duplicate charges caused by a payment error — refunded in full.
Service outage that prevents you from receiving a paid analysis — credit re-issued.
Fraudulent charge on your card — handled directly with Stripe / your card issuer.
